I’ve bought from them before, and recieved good products in a reasonable amount of time. HOWEVER, my last order was over 4 months ago, I got the confirmation email and a notification that they had deposited my payment of 119$ within 20 minutes of me sending it, but left my order pending (through etransfer, not auto-deposite, so someone had to accept it manually). I’ve reached out repeatedly, and they’ve essentially ghosted me. I sent a money request through etransfer, asking for a refund, which unsurprisingly has also been ignored.

HOWEVER, my last order was over a week ago, I got the confirmation email and a notification that they had deposited my payment of 188$ within 20 minutes of me sending it, but left my order pending (through etransfer, not auto-deposite, so someone had to accept it manually). I’ve reached out repeatedly, and they’ve essentially ghosted me. I sent a money request through etransfer, asking for a refund, which unsurprisingly has also been ignored. I’m on disability and use these products medicinally. I have issues that make eating difficult and painful. I’m also on a fixed income. If I don’t get the refund or the products, I can’t afford more until next month. Don’t give this company your business. They aren’t an out-and-out scam, but they are not trustworthy at best, and opportunistic thieves at worst.

They never deliver my order, they are not answering my queries when i am asking for a refund its been 3 month now and i sill have not receive my 300$ Worst company ever. Dont waste your time and move to another shop
