Spiritleaf Oshawa is poising ourselves to be a premium, friendly, well-informed cannabis retailer that puts customer service and government rules and compliance above everything else. Our mission is to provide excellent service and cannabis-related knowledge to our customers, while respecting all neighbouring businesses, residents and government mandates/rules. Our front windows are completely covered with exterior graphics so that minors (or anyone) can’t see any cannabis or accessories from the outside. We have a greeting desk at the front where everyone will be ID’d to ensure they are 19 years or older. We will have marketing materials and graphics that promote cannabis products in store – but these would be limited to factual statements. None of our graphics would contain images of people, animals, or any testimonials/claims that would go against the rules set in the Cannabis Act.
