MMJ Direct

I have scammed me for $104. I have emailed them numerous times, but they have not replied to any of my emails. They have not sent me my product, they have not returned to my money, they have scammed me.

Similar experience here, It’s been “processing” for 2 weeks. Sent the transfer minutes after the order. Sent an email few days ago, no response… Doesn’t look good.

I ordered and paid for the order (over $300) on the 20th of December last year. They quickly took the money (within minutes) and since then I haven’t been able to elicit a response or move my order to the processing stage. I was a lifetime customer; now I feel like killing them.

Ripped me off for an order – over $250 – never delivered the product. Scam company

I ordered 2 orders on Thanksgiving Day. They quickly took my money (over $500) and sent confirmation that my orders are being processed. Since then, I have received a response telling me that they were overwhelmed but that they would send the packages. Now I can’t log in and no sign from them. What a bunch of thieves.

They recently had a large 50-60% sale…how many of us fell for that? Out 400! No response to emails…save your hard earned cash!

RIPPED OFF. Sent money 2 weeks ago still waiting.. always says “PROCESSING”.. They NEVER return any emails, I know because I sent 10+ an NOTHING

I wish I read the reviews prior to sending them money. I have used canibismo, low price green, Westcoast supply, hga, and green society without issues many times. Do not trust this MOM

MMJ direct, excellent online dispensary. Ordered a couple of times, no problems, everything goes smoothly. I like their products as well. Quick and friendly customer service. The prices are quite reasonable as well. I usually order in late august or early september so maybe the rather negative reviews down there from other people (if they are real !) were due to their orders being placed at a very busy time of the year around 4/20 … who knows … As for me, I have only good things to say about MMJ Direct and I shall order from there again in the future. 🙂

I had better back-alley street transactions back in the day, now that it’s legal a company like MMJ Direct can just take your money and ignore your repeated inquiries about the money being paid and no product being delivered. I’ve waited 18 days with little to no response concerning my order not being sent. The following is from my 8th and most recent email to MMJ Direct sent 12 hours ago. It has now been 72 hours since they last contacted me. Each email sent asking about progress concerning my order has gone unanswered. Taken from an email sent May 24th. 2023 “Over 48 hours ago I was contacted and informed that this matter would be looked into. At this point I have received no other response concerning the matter, and no response to my follow-up emails. My bank confirms that the transaction was completed and the $195.50 deposited to your One Interac account. So what is the problem I paid for my order and received nothing in return and very little response to my requests for help. When I placed my order you had a note displayed on the site about a “slow down due to May 4th”, fine. I was ok with that but honestly it has now been 17 days since I placed my order. I waited 10 days without complaining but I finally had to inquire and after sending 4 emails to the wrong email I realized my mistake and sent the problem to your “info@…” email. After receiving a response from you I expected things to be cleared up within a few hours at most but 48 hours later I still have no idea what’s going on and little to no help to resolve the problem. This is not my first time ordering from you but it is the worst experience so far. I think at this point all I want is my money back and to move on to a company that might actually care about my return business. Given the facts and the situation, it makes it impossible for me to do business with you. I’ve received 2 promotional emails from MMJ Direct since my order became a problem and I can’t place any other orders because of my glitched-up account. Now I have to take my business elsewhere, what other choice do I have, very disappointing. The concern shown for my problem emanating from your end is lacking, helping your clients when there’s a problem should be way more important.”

I placed an order May 8th and it’s showing as “processing”. I have tried to contact them via email to no avail. I have been with this dispensary for well over 3 years. I have loyally supported them by being exclusive to only them. As of late, I had to cut ties because of overall experience, mostly due to delivery time and lack of customer service. Stay away from this company. You have been warned.

I placed an order weeks ago and it still says it’s processing. I’ve tried to email and contact them in anyway possible but no one is getting back to me. Feeling very frustrated. Definitely do not recommend. You’ll be scammed out of your money like I was.

They say processing take a day on average……that is bullshit. They say high quality weed…… if you don’t mind that it was tumbled and smells like it was sprayed.
