Ran into probs in Sept. 2021

Dealt w/this co. for awhile and then suddenly my Sept. 28 2021 order wasn’t delivered. Many complaint emails to ‘Craig’ & staff w/their replies saying CdaPost confiscated shipment. Finally got the order about a month later. Decided to cut these guys off. Glad I did. Rec’v’d email some time later saying Craig has died and new/improved site. DELETE! DELETE! DELETE!. Glad I did after seeing other comments. Wow! Never had this prob w/anyone else. Recently got medical exemption so am legal now for medicinal use from legal grower in NS.

Fraud site steals money

Ordered off the site sept 4th. Sent funds for 6 products which they accepted within an hour. No contact info provided on site had to use previous emails from yeas ago. They do not respond nor will you ever receive the product you pay for. Contact Revenue Canada and advise them that this company has taken your money and collected pst and gst. They are committing tax evasion.

Order not fulfilled, money taken!!!!! Where is my order??

As I read the above reviews it makes me furious even more to read that numerous customers like myself where orders have been placed, money has been taken, but yet to receive my order. I have e-mailed several times, but yet to have received a response or my product. Order was placed on Sept. 05/22 and money accepted same day, but have yet to receive product. I agree it is absolutely disgusting to do business in this manner. If you cannot supply then give us our money back and respond to e-mails. Order #34824. $180.63. Very very disappointed!!!!! Hopefully they will fulfill people’s orders or at least refund their/our money.

ripped off cheated scammed etc

Purefresh used to be my main and favorite place. Great selection, good prices, packages used to arrive fairly fast…then they disappeared, then they came back, and again same great selection, same great prices, so I made an order…on sept 5. The same day I make my order, I receive to emails, one saying it is on hold, then another later on saying payment was accepted. It is now Sept 20, I have tried emailing them multiples times, there website seems down, no response what so ever, and now when I request my refund via Interac, my bank is telling me they dont exists. So basically the shop was being run by a guy named Craig? Craig died and the company has turned from doing great business, to chiseling and scamming their customers. Unacceptable to not respond to emails or even offer a refund, they quite literally rip people off, they accept payments then never ship the product I am not the only one scammed by the new management there. Disgusting, never buy from them.

Just a guy

Nothing good to be said here, made an order april 9/22 and received an email your package was delivered? I rechecked all info I input to confirm correct address, all correct-no delivery, basically have been ripped off. I’ve been sending emails to all pfc emails I have and can find weekly-no response. Just want my money back OF the product I ordered. I’ve been dealing with them for a couple of years now and were prompt, until now. What can I do?

Order paid via BMO Interac Transfer but NOT RECEIVED !!!!

I ordered 112 gm of Blue Fin (Indica) on May 7, 2022 9 (Order # 34975) and paid by BMO Interac transfer. I have not received my order nor any proof that Canada Post will deliver it. Send the ORDER OR REFUND ME !!!! I have filed a Police Report against PFC and Fervor Marketing . You will be Investigated by BMO and the Vancouver Police Dept. J. Warren Long

Worst service ever! Scammed

Been ordering since last April 2021 and was satisfied with the first two orders. Since then, I have been unable to get my product regardless of paying by etransfer. They say the product is unavailable yet the website does not say sold out! It’s been since January and after many many emails back and forth I believe I am being scammed. They kept my money as a store credit but don’t have the product so I want my cash returned and those requests have been ignored. Never order from this company, unreliable and untrustworthy

Where is my order!!!!!!!!!

As I read all these recent reviews with regards to customers not receiving their orders and payment sent and not to mention no response as to when orders are going to be fulfilled or shipped tells me this company is in serious trouble. No warm and fuzzy feeling here as well. Whatever the reason for not shipping or being able to fulfill orders after taking people’s money is disgusting and robbery. They could at least give their customers money back or supply the product. I can’t believe I too have been shafted as well. Order placed March 13/22 $213.00 6 e-mails sent & no responses. Then I get an e-mail advertising ‘we’re not giving up on you’. I think they have taken us for a ride. I hope I am wrong because I always received pretty good product in a timely manner.

Terrible customer service of late

Prior to this fall Purefresh was doing an excellent job of providing both great product and great customer service. However of late it has become terrible. Orders do not even get processed for a month or more and it has become about a 6-week wait even for an order to be delivered to the shipper. Customer service is now entirely absent from their business, some little snot who essentially ignores what you write and dismisses your concerns about their service. Not customer service in any fashion. Done with them after this order which I will now ask Paypal to go after them for a refund as it seems clear they have no intention of delivering.

Presently I am getting the runaround about a refund. They have essentially admitted that my package was never given to Canada Post, but giving me more lies and nonsense regarding my refund demand.

Update: Purefresh are simply scumbag thieves.

Don't deal with these crooks.

Very disappointed in this outfit of late. They failed to include half my order and when I notified them of it I got one response asking for a photo of what was sent. I took the picture and sent it and have heard nothing since. I’ve sent multiple emails both to the customer service address and to the owner himself. Zero replies. I’ve asked for a refund of the money owing on paypal and still nothing. I’ve been using them for years but this is now ridiculous and after reading everyone else’s horror stories its time to go with someone new and that actually has a phone number. Imagine being ghosted by a fucking weed dealer? If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not do business from these crooks.

Liars. Cowards and Thieves

I order $550.00 worth of product 53 days ago and have not received ANYTHING. I’m 71 and living on a pension. Regrettably I have a number of old age aliments that cause pain. My arthritis can cause excruciating pain. MJ with some prescription pills can manage the pain. The combination. Thus 53 days later I’m out $550.00 and have been in considerable pain. NO SERVICE AT ALL. NO RESPONSE TO MAIL. Look at all the bad reviews. I have notified the Van PD and Van RCMP. Also I plan to call the Sun to see if there interested in a breaking story. Bottom line DO NOT be a fool like me.

I’ve ordered from this site many times and it was good until from September 30 and to this day forward I still haven’t gotten my package, they say its Canada post fault they they have this habit of nit sending orders fast enough….come on its been 45 days and still nothing I’ve asked them to replace it which they supposed to have an answer this past Monday…still nothing, Canada post says they don’t have it …..now please can you replace my order ….

It was an awful experience I had made my payment it was accepted and it says my order is processing its been processing since last week I tried to get a hold of representatives but I didn’t even get a reply back so unprofessional I just want my refund back cause nothing was shipped out yet I should’ve ordered from a different mom I feel so ripped off.

Hi there. I placed my order on Sept 28, 2021 and now it is Oct 15, 2021. The problem…shipment not received…..half a month later. I have tried to get a response from Pure Fresh and all they do is thank me for my patience and understanding. I use cannabis for both medical and pleasure purposes and have been doing without for a couple of days now. As a check, I ordered an emergency supply from another BC supplier on holiday Monday, Thanksgiving. Their shipment showed up yesterday October 14, three day later. If one can do it, why not both? Unhappy with the shipment and lack of proactive customer service. .

Low quality, horrible customer service

The orders don’t always get processed and go through, sometimes I never receive my invoice after placing an order. I had paid once, the money was accepted, then they told me they still need payment. On another occasion, I found around 13 seeds in my ounce of D Bubba ordered. When I reported this and took a picture, they offered a discount and replacement. When I got the replacement ounce, it has just as many seeds in the weed if not more. There was also a Canada day sale this year, which seems really wrong. Especially with what has come to light recently with the unmarked graves at residential schools throughout Canada, I got an insensitive email with coupon codes for Canada day. When I spoke up about this, I was ignored and offered a 10% discount with my name spelled wrong for the 10th time since speaking to their ‘customer service’. They’re disorganized, tone deaf, and not worth any of your money unless you like being dissatisfied.
