Horrible product and even worse customer service

Their product smelled disgusting, some buds were black and rotten, others full of mold. I sent pics and everything. The rso leaked out in the bag as well. They offered one measly ounce as compensation and then told me I would have to place another order to get it or pay the shipping myself. Customer services response was well you ordered budget buds and the quality varies. So budget buds means black and moldy? No one in their right mind would smoke this. The website states they have a dedicated “team” but when I asked to speak to someone else I got told there was no one else. And this was after giving them a second chance because they sent weed full of beetles/bugs before. Don’t waste your money, it’s a complete rip off.
