Canna Panda

So first I had an enigma cart stop working. So I contact canna panda and they tell me that since I do not use a yocan uni pro battery that I am not eligible for for replacement. Oh well I took the loss. So eventually I get a uni pro battery and a couple weeks ago I decide to splurge and get a 90$ kind selections cart. I use half of it and then it randomly stops working. But I have the uni pro I think to myself, so no problem! So I go back to canna panda this time they tell me to send a minute long video of putting everything together and not working. So I did this. Then they respond saying I need to contact kind selections directly because they can’t confirm they it’s a real kind cart… they are saying whatever they need to to get out of making this situation right for me. They are even accusing ME of trying to rip THEM off because this happened twice to me now. And according to them they sell thousands of carts and NEVEr not once have these issues… LOL right that’s why they have a big warning on each cart page that they will not do replacements without the uni pro. They are con artists who will do anything to make another buck and screw over the consumer. If you want quality customer service this is NOT the mom for you. But if your okay with being screwed around then this is the place for you
