GARDEN OF EDEN CANNABIS

Garden of Eden Cannabis (GEC) values the right of people vested in them by the Cannabis Act of 2018 (the Act) legalizing Cannabis. It is GEC’s commitment to facilitate access to cannabis (and ancillary products) to eligible individuals under the law. I have reviewed the law which places my business under section 17(4) and (5) of the Act. This means submission to Cannabis retail regulations. The thrust of Cannabis regulations in Ontario encompasses safe use and restricted access to eligible individuals. GEC is totally committed to all the regulations in Ontario. The atmosphere at our store is simple and yet professional. We have a comparatively small store and therefore the staff at the store is very friendly. Because we are a small business our response to public needs is very flexible. We value the fact that Cannabis is a regulated substance and it should not come in the hands of a person who is likely to abuse it. We are more committed to the safety of a potential customer as opposed to having a greater turnover and it is our mission to make this substance available in accordance with the regulations set by the AGCO.
